Scenario for CVS - September 21

Here's what I think I'm going to do:

Buy one L'Oreal Revitalift - $11.99
Use $3 coupon, $9 in ECBs.
Get back $11.99 (profit)

Then:

1 double paper - $2.50
2 Crest Pro-Health toothpaste - $5.98
1 Nivea for Men bodywash - $4.99 (could substitute for Adidas antiperspirant but this is a better deal all around)
$1.50 in filler - I am thinking maybe of getting 2 Perrier, which are $1.69 each. Let's say that for the scenario.

- 2x $.75 Crest toothpaste coupons (thought I had $1, but my region got 75 cents. May reevaluate this deal - stay tuned), -$1 Nivea (must make sure I have this!), -2x $1 Perrier (I think I have two of the blinkies left). Use $11.99 ECB. (Will have to be adjusted a few cents if I do the exact thing above.)

Get back $1 for Perrier, $4 for Crest, $4.99 for Nivea. - $9.99. Lose $2 in ECBs buuuut pay nothing for the paper, still come out ahead 99 cents.

Stay tuned! I'm going on a coupon hunt later!

ETA: Alas, I don't have the Crest coupons. But I do have the Adidas coupon. So this is the plan for part 2:

1 Adidas antiperspirant - $4.99
1 Nivea for Men bodywash - $4.99
1 double paper - $2.50
2 Perrier - $3.38 [totally open to other suggestions for ECB-earning filler!]

= $15.86
- $1/Adidas, $1/Nivea, 2x$1/Perrier, $11.99 ECB (adjusted down to $11.86). Pay nothing.

Get back $1 for Perrier, $4 for Adidas, $4.99 for Nivea. $9.99. Still up $1 from the start and nothing but tax OOP.

Transaction 3:

1 30-count Breathe Right Strips - $10.99
Use $3 CRT, $2 coupon, $1 ECBs, $4.99 ECBs. Pay nothing but tax. Get nothing back.

End up with $4 in ECBs.

Now to just hope that the store has everything I want in stock!

I just read that Sobe Life Water counts towards the Gatorade deal ($3 ECB wyb 5 bottles). If you have enough of the $0.50/1 peelie coupons, that might be a good alternative filler. I think you would end up paying $1 but you'd get back $3 ECB as opposed to the $1 with Perrier.
